During the lifecycle of a project, it goes through various stages – active, archived, on-hold, achieved to name a few. In ProofHub you can create custom statuses and assign to the projects.
Add custom project statuses
To add a project status, click on Manage and then select Manage project statuses.
Click Add to create new status.
Right-click on an existing status to edit/delete.
How to give statuses on projects
Once the project statuses are created, you can add them to projects at the time of adding a fresh project or you can edit the project to change status.
Click Manage to change the status of an existing project and select Edit.
