Share files & proof with guests

ProofHub allows you to send files for reviewing or proofing to the users who are not added into your account. Here’s how:

Right click on any file that you would like to share and choose Copy link option.
In the next window, you can copy the Downloading link or the Proofing link to the file and share it with users who are not added into your account.
When you send files for downloading/proofing to non-users of ProofHub, they are redirected to the following screen.
Click on the Don’t have an account option.
In the next window, the user can add Name and email address. He will be taken to the proofing window thereafter.
Once the file is approved or a new comment is added, ProofHub automatically adds those comments in your account.
