ProofHub’s in-app notifications inform you about all the activities taking place in your projects like posting comments, assigning tasks, achieving milestones, adding collaborators to notes, and more. Whenever any activity (related to you) occurs, you will get a notification that will appear on the Bell icon. Click on the Bell icon to view the list of activities. Note:
Once you click on the Bell icon, the notification window will open and the notification count will reset to zero.
The notifications are arranged in the following order: latest to oldest.
Click on a notification to navigate to the associated section. However, if you click on a notification for an activity in a project which was later archived, you will be redirected to the project section.
If a similar kind of activity occurs multiple times, you will receive a clubbed notification. Here are the two cases for clubbed notification in ProofHub:
When multiple comments are posted on the same discussion topic, task, note, or file.
When a file attached to a task or discussion is approved by multiple people.
Click on the 3 dots on the top-right corner of the notification window to manage notification settings for your account. Click on My preference to manage the following:
Product-related updates.
Email notification preferences.
