Forgot password/Update password

If you’ve forgotten the password for your account then you can follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Click on the Forgot password? link on the login screen.

  2. An OTP (one-time-password) will be sent to your registered email id. Add it to the OTP field and click on next.Sent OTP (one-time-password)
  3. On the next screen, you can set up a new password and log in to your account.set up a new password

Update/Change Password

  1. Go to the top right corner of your screen and click on your profile photo or your initials.  
  2. Select the “Change password” option from the dropdown.     Change password drop-down Option
  3. Add a new password in the change password window and click on update.Add a new password

Note:

If you don’t receive a password reset OTP then you can click on the Retry link.
