Company settings

You get various options to personalize your ProofHub account. Following are the options:

Change company name

To change company name of your ProofHub account, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Click on Manage dropdown.
2. Select Company option present under ProofHub settings
   
   
3. Change company name from textbox under Company name.
4. Click on Update to save the changes.
   
   

Upload logo

To upload the logo of your company in your ProofHub account, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Click on Manage dropdown.
2. Select Company option present under ProofHub settings
   
3. Upload logo by clicking on the Browse button.
4. Click on Update to save the changes.
   

The uploaded logo will appear in the login screen.

Choose theme color

To change the theme color of your ProofHub account you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Click on Manage dropdown.
2. Select Company option present under ProofHub settings
   
3. Choose a color as per your preference.
4. Click on Update to save the changes.
   

The chosen theme color will get reflected throughout the account.

Restrict IP access

This feature allows you to restrict IP addresses of users so that they can access their accounts from specific IPs only.

1. Select the checkbox of Restrict people to access ProofHub only from specific IPs.
2. Enter the IP addresses for which you want to give access to users.
3. Click Update to save the changes.
   
   

Note:

• Only the account owner will be able to access the account from any location even after the IP restriction is applied.
