Payment & invoices

Each time you are billed, ProofHub automatically creates the invoice for the same. You can get that invoice from Billing tab. Here are the steps for the same:

  1. Click Manage from top bar.
  2. Choose Billing option and click the download button to get the invoice.

Update contact information

ProofHub needs your contact information in order to generate the invoices and this information also appears on the invoice. You can follow these simple steps to add or update company’s contact information to be printed on the invoice:

  1. Click Manage and choose Billing option.
  2. Now, click Update billing address.
  3. Enter the details and hit Update to update your information.
