Cancel or pause account

How to cancel your account

Only the account owner can cancel the account. If you’re sure that you need to cancel your account, although we’ll be so sorry to see you go, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Manage and choose Account option.

  2. Now, scroll to bottom and click Cancel account button from bottom right.

  3. Select the reason for the cancellation of account or share your suggestions/feedback with us.

Pause account

You can also pause your account if you wish to keep your data intact and do not wish to cancel the account. Pausing account will only cost you 50% of your current subscription monthly.
