  1. Accessing task workflow<\/strong>:<\/span>\n
      \n
    • Select the task list and at the right next to the “Table view<\/strong>” option and select “Workflow<\/strong>“.

    • Editing workflow stages:<\/strong><\/span>
      \"\"\n
        \n
      • In the Workflow edit window, you’ll see options to edit the workflow stages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enter the name of the new stage and choose a color to represent it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Change stage color<\/strong>: Click on the color next to a stage name to change its color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Rename stage<\/strong>: Rename stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Delete stage<\/strong>: Hover over a stage, click on three dots, and select “Delete<\/strong>“.

      • Apply changes:<\/span><\/strong>\n

        • Once you’ve made the necessary changes to your workflow stages (adding, renaming, deleting stages, changing colors) simply close the workflow edit window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
