  1. Navigate to the notes section:<\/span><\/strong> Select the specific project where you want to create the notebook. Click the “Notes<\/strong>” tab on the left-side menu.

  2. Add a notebook:<\/span><\/strong> Click on the “+”<\/strong> icon to initiate the creation of a new notebook.

  3. Enter notebook title:<\/span><\/strong> Enter a title for your notebook.

    <\/figure>Note:<\/span> <\/strong>If you want this notebook to be easily accessible and visible at the top of the notes list, consider using the “Pin to Top<\/strong>” option.<\/em>

  4. Save the notebook:<\/span><\/strong> After entering the title, click the “Add<\/strong>” button to save your new notebook.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/span>Edit a notebook<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select \u201cEdit<\/strong>\u201c.

    2. Edit the details:<\/span><\/strong> Choose this option to modify the notebook title or change the “Pin to Top<\/strong>” option. After making changes, click “Update<\/strong>” to save.

      <\/span>Delete a notebook<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201c.

      2. Delete:<\/span><\/strong> Select \u201cYes<\/strong>\u201d within this confirmation window to delete.
        \"\"
        Note<\/span><\/strong>: This action will also delete all notes within the notebook.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        <\/span>Create a copy of the notebook<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select\u00a0\u201cCreate a copy<\/strong>\u201c.

        2. Create a copy:<\/span><\/strong> This option allows you to duplicate the notebook. A pop-up window will prompt you to rename the notebook title and select the project where the copy will be saved.

          <\/span>Move notebook<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select \u201cMove<\/strong>\u201c.

          2. Move:<\/span><\/strong> Select this option to move the notebook to another project. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to choose the destination project.

            Note:<\/span><\/strong> Moving a notebook will also move and add any subscribed people to the new project.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            <\/span>Bookmark notebook<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            1. Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select \u201cBookmark<\/strong>\u201c.

            2. The bookmarked notebook will appear in the right-side menu with other saved bookmarks.
