ProofHub offers a convenient export function that allows you to download your timesheets in a readily usable format. This empowers you to leverage your time data for various purposes.

  1. Access your timesheets<\/span>:<\/strong> Navigate to the “Time”<\/strong> section. You’ll see a list of all timesheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the desired timesheet<\/span>:<\/strong> Click on the\u00a0three dots situated next to the filters icon at the top of the selected timesheet.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose export option<\/span>:<\/strong> Select the Export as CSV<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/span>Export timesheet<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can export timesheets with just a few clicks, providing you with the flexibility to utilize them in Freshbooks, Quickbooks, or a standard CSV file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select the timesheet<\/span>: <\/strong>Find the timesheet and click the three dots or right-click.

    2. Select “Export”<\/span>:<\/strong> This will display a popup window with three choices: Freshbooks, Quickbooks, and CSV.

    3. Select your export option<\/span>.<\/strong> Select the option that best suits your needs:\n

      • Freshbooks or Quickbooks:<\/strong> If you use either of these accounting platforms, selecting them will prompt you to log in to your account and directly export the timesheet data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
