ProofHub’s “All Time”<\/strong> section, located within “Everything”<\/strong> provides a comprehensive record of all time entries logged across all projects and users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>Sort and filter all time entries<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Locate filters<\/strong>: Find the filter option on the top right side of the \u201cAll time\u201d<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Set filters<\/strong>: Click on the filter icon, choose your desired filter (such as projects, date range, status, etc.), and click \u201cApply<\/strong>\u201d to see the filtered time entries.

    • Filter by project<\/span>:<\/strong> The project’s filter allows users to focus on specific projects and view time entries related to them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Filter by date range<\/span>:<\/strong> The date range filter enables users to view time entries logged within a specific time duration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Filter by status<\/span>:<\/strong> Users can filter time entries based on their status, such as billable, billed, or non-billable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Logged by<\/span>: <\/strong>With the logged by filter, users can narrow down time entries to those of a particular team member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Grouping time entries<\/span>: <\/strong>Time entries can be grouped in various ways to gain insights into time utilization. Users can group time entries by date, person, project, or timesheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ordering time entries<\/span>:<\/strong> Users have the flexibility to order time entry groupings in ascending or descending order by the date logged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
