  1. Navigate to the calendar section:<\/strong> Go to the specific project in ProofHub where you want to create the event, click on the \u201cAdd<\/strong>\u201d button, and select \u201cEvent<\/strong>\u201c.

  2. Fill event details:<\/strong>

    • Title:<\/strong> Enter a title for your event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Description:<\/strong> Add any additional details or context for the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Attendees:<\/strong> Choose attendees from the list of project members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All day event:<\/strong> Check this box if the event spans the entire day.\n

      • If it\u2019s an all-day event, you don\u2019t need to specify a specific start and end time separately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If the event occurs at a specific time:\n
          \n
        • Uncheck the \u201cAll day event<\/strong>\u201d box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Specify the start and end time for the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Repeat:<\/strong> If the event repeats, select the desired frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Timezone:<\/strong> Choose the appropriate timezone for the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Reminder:<\/strong> Set a reminder to notify attendees before the event starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
