All gantt in ProofHub offers a clear and detailed overview of task advancement across multiple projects, bringing transparency and clarity to your workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on “Everything<\/strong>” and select “All gantt”<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
In the “All gantt<\/strong>” view, you will see a list of all tasks on gantt from all your projects. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Filters<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Click on the filter icon at the top-right corner of the page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Projects:<\/strong> You can select one or multiple projects to display in the gantt view and click “Apply”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Assigned:<\/strong> You can select a specific person or all team members to view their tasks in the gantt view click “Apply”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Export<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
There are two ways you can export the gantt in ProofHub. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the three dots icon at the top-right of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select “Print” <\/strong>to print the gantt chart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Or else, download the gantt chart in PDF format by choosing the “Export as PDF<\/strong>” option. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Note:<\/span> <\/strong>If you can\u2019t fit the gantt chart on<\/em> one screen while exporting\/printing, then try changing the settings as follows:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change the DPI to “200<\/strong><\/em>“<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select the orientation to “Landscape<\/strong><\/em>“<\/li>\n\n\n\n
