<\/span>Introduction to a custom reports<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With ProofHub, you can visualize every aspect of your project and its overall progress in one place. Additionally, you can track an individual’s tasks, milestones, time data, and overall progress. Utilize individual reports to analyze performance and progress across all their projects, and plan ahead by leveraging ProofHub\u2019s resource management reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the custom report section, you can create the following types of reports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Tasks report<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Milestones report<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Time report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    <\/span>Tasks report<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The task report helps you keep track of open and overdue tasks, showing who is behind on which tasks and by how many days. This allows you to plan accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to the reports section:<\/span><\/strong> Click on the “+”<\/strong>.

      • Assigned to:<\/strong> Select a person to see the task assigned to a specific resource.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • View tasks: <\/strong>Select the multiple options available under the \u201cView tasks\u201d filter, to see all, overdue, due, completed, and the tasks for which you haven\u2019t set any date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Labels:<\/strong> Select labels if you want to retrieve the task report for specific labels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Group by:<\/strong> Group by using the following options:\n

          To view overdue, completed, and upcoming milestones, you can visualize their progress using straightforward roadmap timelines and charts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Custom field reports enable you to track and analyze custom fields across multiple projects or task lists within a single report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • X-axis:<\/strong> Create a report to analyze the custom field and task count relation. The X-axis will reflect the custom fields \u201cMultiselect\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cDropdown\u201d<\/strong> and also it will show the project, task workflow stage, and priority.

                        • Y-axis:<\/strong> The y-axis will reflect the custom fields \u201cCurrency\u201d<\/strong>, \u201cNumbers\u201d<\/strong>, and \u201cPercentage\u201d<\/strong> and also you can see the task count.
