ProofHub\u2019s group chat feature enables you to create groups for effortless discussions with everyone involved in a project or task. Instantly exchange messages, pictures, and files with everyone involved, keeping communication flowing and everyone on the same page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>Create a group<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Navigate the chat window:<\/span><\/strong> Select “+”<\/strong> icon at the top left side of the window.
    \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the create group option.
    \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Build your group:<\/span><\/strong> In the create group window you can:
    \"\"\n
      \n
    • Craft a group name:<\/strong> Give your group chat a clear and descriptive title to reflect its purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add team members:<\/strong> Select the individuals you want to include in the group chat by searching for their names or browsing the team list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Finalize the group:<\/span><\/strong> Once you’ve added all desired participants, click the “Add”<\/strong> button to create your group chat.

      <\/span>Leave group<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select the group:<\/span><\/strong> In the group chat window click the three dots and select the \u201cLeave group\u201d<\/strong> option.

      2. Select \u201cYes<\/strong>\u201d within this confirmation window to leave the group.

        1. In the group chat window click the three dots and select the \u201cManage group\u201d <\/strong>option

        2. Update the group details like the name of the group or manage the people in the group and select “Update”<\/strong> to confirm the changes.
