  1. Manage section<\/strong>:<\/span> Select the \u201cManage\u201d<\/strong> section and select \u201cBulk allocation<\/strong>\u201c.

  2. Manage selections<\/strong>:<\/span>

      \n
    • Assigning\/subscribing items to:<\/span><\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Definition:<\/strong> This refers to the person who will receive the selected items (tasks, files, discussions, notes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Action:<\/strong> Select the user from the dropdown menu or list to whom you want to assign or subscribe to these items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Assigning\/subscribing items of:<\/span><\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Definition:<\/strong> This refers to the person whose items (tasks, files, discussions, notes) will be reassigned or have a new subscriber added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Action:<\/strong> Select the user from the dropdown menu or list whose items you want to bulk allocate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Projects:<\/span><\/strong>\n

          • Definition:<\/strong> These are the projects within which the items to be reassigned or subscribed are located.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Action:<\/strong> Choose the specific project(s) where the bulk allocation should take place. This ensures that only items within these projects are affected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Select items:<\/span><\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Definition:<\/strong> These are the specific items (tasks, files, discussions, notes) that will be reassigned or subscribed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Action:<\/strong> Select the items you want to include in the bulk allocation. You can choose individual items or select all items within the chosen projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Select bulk action<\/span><\/strong>\n

              • Replace current assignee\/subscriber:<\/strong> This option will replace the current person assigned or subscribed to the selected items with the new person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
