  1. Open the notes section<\/strong>:<\/span> Navigate to the project and click on the “Notes<\/strong>” section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Search for a notebook<\/strong>:<\/span>

      \n
    • Click on the search icon to activate the search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Start typing the name of the notebook you are looking for in the search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • As you type, ProofHub will display a list of notebooks that match your search query.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      <\/span>Search notes<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Search for a note<\/strong>:<\/span> Click on the notebook that contains the note you want to search for.

        • In the top right corner of the notebook view, locate the search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Type the name of the note you want to find into the search bar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          <\/span>Filter notes<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Filter options<\/strong>:<\/span> On the top right corner of the notebook view, click on the filter icon.
            \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Apply filters<\/strong>:<\/span> Once you click the filter icon, a dropdown menu with available filter options will appear.\n
              \n
            • Subscribers<\/strong> – This filter allows you to see notes based on who is subscribed to them.
              \"\"\n
                \n
              • Select the subscriber(s) you want to filter from the list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Click on “Apply<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Sort By<\/strong> – Click on the “Sort by<\/strong>” option. You will see three sorting options:

                • Date<\/strong>: Sort notes by the date they were created or last modified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Name<\/strong>: Sort notes alphabetically by their title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Color<\/strong>: Sort notes based on their color labels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
