The “All tasks<\/strong>” view in ProofHub provides a comprehensive overview of all tasks across projects, helping you stay organized and up-to-date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>All tasks<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on “Everything<\/strong>” and select the “All tasks”<\/strong> option.

  2. In the “All tasks<\/strong>” view, you will see a list of all tasks from all your projects.

    \n\n\n\n

    <\/span>Different views<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Board view:<\/span><\/strong>
      \"All\n
        \n
      • Select a workflow<\/strong>: When you switch to board view, you must select a specific workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • View tasks<\/strong>: After selecting the workflow, the board will display all tasks from different projects that follow the chosen workflow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Table view:<\/span><\/strong>

        • View tasks from all projects in one place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Sort and manage tasks using different columns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          <\/span>Filters<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          To refine your task list, you can apply various filters:

          1. Locate filters<\/strong>:<\/span> Find the filter option on the top right side of the “All tasks<\/strong>” page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Set filters<\/strong>:<\/span> Click on the filter icon, choose your desired criteria (such as due date, assignee, status, etc.), and click “Apply<\/strong>” to see the filtered tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            <\/span>Export<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Exporting your tasks is straightforward with ProofHub. Click on the three dots next to the filter option to access the export option:

            1. Download as CSV<\/strong>:<\/span> This option lets you download the entire list of tasks in CSV format, which can be useful for offline analysis or integration with other tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Export in email<\/strong>:<\/span> Choose this to have the task export file emailed to you, allowing you to share it easily with others or keep a backup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Show columns<\/strong>:<\/span> Customize the visibility of columns in your task list. This option allows you to hide columns that are not relevant to you, helping to declutter the view.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
