Logging your time in ProofHub helps keep track of the effort spent on tasks. Follow these steps to accurately log your time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>Add time using the timer<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the task<\/span><\/strong>: Select the specific task you want to log time for.

    • In the task details, find the “Time”<\/strong> field. Click on the “Add logged time”<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You will see two options:\n
        \n
      • Use timer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Track manually<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Using the timer:<\/span><\/strong> If you select “Use timer”<\/strong>, the timer will start running within the task. The running timer will be visible at the top of the task window.

      • Managing the timer:<\/span><\/strong> To stop the timer, click on the timer arrow.

        • You will have two options:\n
            \n
          • “Save time”<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • “Discard”<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Saving the timer:<\/span><\/strong> Select “Save time”<\/strong> to open the time logging window.

              • Select the timesheet<\/strong> where you want to log the time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Change the date, hour, and minutes<\/strong> if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              • Click the “Add”<\/strong> button to save the logged time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          <\/span>Add estimated time in a task<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                          1. Estimated time option:<\/span><\/strong> In the task details, find the “Time”<\/strong> field. Click on the “Add estimated time”<\/strong> option.

                          2. Enter estimated time:<\/span><\/strong>

                            • Enter “Hours”<\/strong> and “Minutes”<\/strong> to input the estimated time required for the task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Click the “Update”<\/strong> button to set the estimated time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • View the estimated time:<\/span><\/strong> The estimated time will be visible in the task window under the “Time<\/strong>” field.
