ProofHub’s Group chat feature allows you to create groups and have seamless discussions with everyone involved in a project\/task. With this feature, you can instantly send messages, pictures, and files to multiple people at once.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Create a group\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click on the Start a group chat<\/strong> icon at the top of your chat window.\"chat<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. A window will appear on the right from where you can create a group and add people to it.\"CHAT\"<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click Add<\/strong> and your\u00a0group will get created.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:\u00a0<\/strong>While creating a group, your name will appear with a label Creator<\/strong> in the create group window.<\/p>\n

    Add people to group<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Open the chat window of a group.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Click on the three dots icon and choose Add people<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>\"chat\"<\/li>\n
    3. In the next window,\u00a0select people from the drop-down list.\"chat\"<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Click Update<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Edit a group<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Open the chat window of a group.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Click on the three dots icon and choose Edit group<\/strong>.<\/span>\"chat\"<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. A window will appear\u00a0in the\u00a0right\u00a0from where<\/span>\u00a0you can update the group details.<\/span><\/span>\"chat\"<\/li>\n
      4. Click Update<\/strong> to save the changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note:<\/strong> People who are already a part of the group will appear in the edit group window under the Assigned<\/strong> field.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Leave a group<\/b><\/p>\n

        1. Open the chat window of a group.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Click on the three dots icon and select\u00a0Leave group<\/strong> from the drop-down.<\/span>\"chat\"<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. A confirmation window will pop up. Click Yes<\/strong>\u00a0and you will be removed from the group.
          \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Delete group<\/b><\/p>\n

          1. Open the chat window of a group.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Click the three dots icon and select\u00a0Delete group<\/strong>.<\/span>\"chat\"<\/li>\n
          3. A confirmation window will pop up. Click Yes<\/strong>\u00a0and the group will be deleted.<\/span>\"chat\"<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Once a group is deleted, it cannot be restored.
