Upload a new version of the file<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Right-click on the file and select Upload the new version<\/strong>.
    \n\"\"
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. In the next window,\n
      \n
    • Upload the new version of the file<\/li>\n
    • Select people to be notified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>Ok<\/strong> and the new version will be uploaded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      View version history<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Go to the File section in the Project and select a file.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Now, go to the top right of the screen and click on the \u2018i \u2018icon. \"\"<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. You can view the Properties of the file and you can view the version history of the File. \"\"<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Or you can view the version history of the file by following the steps below:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Right-click on the file and select Version history<\/strong>.
          \n\"\"
          \n<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. A window will open on the right from where you can view all the versions of the file.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Note:<\/strong> The current version of the file will appear with a Current<\/strong> label.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          Convert the previous version to current<\/strong><\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. \u00a0Right-click on the file and select Version history<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. A window will open on the right from where you can view all the versions of the file.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Click on the\u00a0<\/span>Make current<\/strong> option to convert a previous version into the current version of the file.\"Version
            \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Note: <\/strong>When you convert a previous version to the current version, the previous current version of the file gets deleted and cannot be restored.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Delete the previous version<\/strong><\/h3>\n
              \n
            1. Right-click on the file and select Version history.
              \n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Hover on the previous version that you wish to delete and click on the\u00a0<\/span>three dots\u00a0icon.
              \n<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. Select <\/span>Delete<\/strong> from the context menu.\"Delete<\/span>
              \n<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. A confirmation pop-up will appear on the screen. Click <\/span>Yes<\/strong> to confirm the deletion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Note:\u00a0<\/strong>The previous version deleted can also be restored from <\/span>Trash<\/strong>. The restored file will appear like the previous version on the same file.<\/span><\/p>\n

              Download previous version<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                \n
              1. Right-click on the file and select Version history.
                \n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Hover on the\u00a0previous version that you wish to download and click on the three dots\u00a0<\/span>icon.
                \n<\/span><\/li>\n
