Manage project<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Select Projects<\/strong> from the navigation deck.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Choose the desired project.<\/li>\n
  3. From here click on the project settings gear from the left side as displayed below.\"\"\n
      \n
    • To manage people in the project, select Manage people<\/strong>.\"\"\n
        \n
      • Add new Assignees<\/strong>\u00a0to the project or remove the existing ones by clicking on the “+” <\/strong>next to their names.<\/li>\n
      • Add or invite new people to the project by clicking on the\u00a0Add person <\/strong>option.<\/li>\n
      • Select a new Project manager<\/strong>\u00a0from the list of people assigned to the project.<\/li>\n
      • Click Update<\/strong> to save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • To edit the project, select Edit<\/strong>.\"\"\n
          \n
        • Make\u00a0changes to the project details in the next window.<\/li>\n
        • Click Update<\/strong> to save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \n
            • \u00a0To delete the project, select Delete<\/strong>.\u00a0\"\"\n
                \n
              • A confirmation pop-up will appear on the screen.\u00a0Click Yes\u00a0<\/strong>and the project will be deleted.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • \u00a0To create a copy of the project, select Create a copy<\/strong>.\"\"\n
                  \n
                • Add the following details in the new window:\n
                    \n
                  • Edit the\u00a0Title<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Description<\/strong>\u00a0of the project.<\/li>\n
                  • Select the Start Date<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0End date<\/strong>\u00a0or choose a parameter to adjust dates.<\/li>\n
                  • Add\u00a0Assignees<\/strong>\u00a0to the project.<\/li>\n
                  • Select a\u00a0Project manager<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                  • Select a\u00a0Category<\/strong>\u00a0for the project.<\/li>\n
                  • Define a\u00a0P<\/strong>roject status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                  • Set a\u00a0Color<\/strong>\u00a0code.<\/li>\n
                  • Select the items you want to copy from the template to the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Click Add<\/strong> and the project will be copied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Note:<\/strong>\u00a0While copying a project, dates can be adjusted as per the following parameters:<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • The earliest date in the project\/template<\/li>\n
                    • Keep the date as it is<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      For example:<\/strong> Select the\u00a0Earliest date in the project\/template<\/strong>\u00a0from the drop-down list and set the due date as per your need. Now, if the current earliest due date is December 1 and you move it to a new date, let\u2019s say, December 3, 2 days will be added to all the dates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
