Add projects<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Select Projects<\/strong> from the navigation bar.

    1. In the new window, you\u2019ll be able to view and manage all the projects and templates present in your account.\u00a0<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Click on the\u00a0Add\u00a0<\/strong>button at the top-left of the\u00a0page and select\u00a0Project <\/strong><\/span>from the drop-down list.

    3. \u00a0Alternatively, you can add new projects from anywhere in your account by clicking on the Quick add<\/strong> icon on the navigation bar.<\/span>
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n
    4. Add the following details in the new window:<\/span>\n
        \n
      • Set a color code.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Add the Title and Description of the Project.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Add assignees to the Project.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Select a Project manager from the list of people working on the Project.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Specify a Start and End date of the Project.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Select the Category of the Project<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Define a Project Status\"\"<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        5. Click on next and you can enable or disable any tabs from the Project.\u00a0<\/span>\"\"<\/p>\n

        6. Click Add.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Invite people<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Invite people while adding projects<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. While adding a project, click on the\u00a0Add person <\/strong>icon. \"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Add the following details in the new window:\n
              \n
            • Enter the First name<\/strong> and the Last name<\/strong> of the person to be added.<\/li>\n
            • Enter a valid Email<\/strong> address.<\/li>\n
            • Select an Access role<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              3.Click Add<\/strong>.

              Invite people to projects using the navigation bar<\/strong><\/p>\n

              1. Click on the Quick\u00a0add<\/strong> icon on the navigation bar and select Person<\/strong> from the drop-down list.\u00a0<\/span>

              2. Add the following details in the new window:\n
                  \n
                • Enter the First name<\/strong> and the Last name<\/strong> of the person to be added.<\/li>\n
                • \u00a0Kindly note that these special characters \u201c@$#%^~?<>+=():;\/\\[]{}\u201d are not supported in the name field.<\/li>\n
                • Enter a valid Email<\/strong> address.<\/li>\n
                • Select an Access role<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n
                • Add the person to a Group<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                • Assign the person to a Project<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                • Set a Password<\/strong> or let the new user set the password.<\/li>\n
                • Choose a native Language<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                • Select a Timezone<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                • Enter the Title<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                • Add a Profile picture<\/strong> or let the new user pick the profile picture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Click Add<\/strong>.
