Forms help you in establishing a definite channel of communication between teams, external clients, and stakeholders. These fields will be available to the end-users and they can fill in the essential information through them.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"#Create forms\"><strong>Create forms<\/strong><\/a><\/h5>\n<h5><a href=\"#Configure forms\"><strong>Configure forms<\/strong><\/a><\/h5>\n<h5><a href=\"#Share forms\"><strong>Share forms<\/strong><\/a><\/h5>\n<h5><a href=\"#Manage forms\"><strong>Manage forms<\/strong><\/a><\/h5>\n<div id=\"Create forms\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Create forms<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forms can be added in two different ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add a form from the Task section.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add a form from the Manage section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0How to add a form from the Task section?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to any project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the 3 dots\/context menu available next to the task list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the \u201cForm\u201d option from the context menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4971 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Add-form-from-the-task-section.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"690\" height=\"388\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to add a form from the Manage section?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the Manage drop-down from the top right corner of the screen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the \u201cForms\u201d option from the drop-down.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the next screen, click on the \u201cAdd\u201d option to add a new form.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4972 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Add-forms-from-manage-section.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"706\" height=\"380\" \/><\/p>\n<div id=\"Configure forms\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Configure forms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>How to configure forms?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to the task section of the project and select the \u201cform\u201d option from the context menu of the task list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The add form window will open and here you can enter a title. You can also optionally add a description of the form in case you want to share additional information with the users of the form.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4973 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Configure-forms-step-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"706\" height=\"380\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the next screen, you can choose which of the custom fields are available in the selected task list you wish to display in the form. Kindly note that the Name, Email, and Title are the mandatory fields. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4974 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Configure-form-step-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"646\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Configure-form-step-2.png 810w, https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Configure-form-step-2-300x239.png 300w, https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Configure-form-step-2-768x613.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can control the visibility of the field by clicking on the \u201cIncluded in the form\u201d option or just clicking on the eye icon next to the respective field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also mark any field as mandatory based on your use case. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4976 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Manage-forms-step-3-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"716\" height=\"374\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to allow users to be able to upload files, you can enable the option to \u201c Allow attachments\u201d. Please note that the u<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sers can upload up to 5 files each of 10 MB<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the next screen, you can further customize the form by choosing the background color, text color, button color, and button text color.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4977 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Configure-form-step-4.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"716\" height=\"374\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also control the success message which will be displayed after the successful submission of the form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to allow users to add more than one request, choose the option to resubmissions. Or if you want to redirect the user to a specific URL, you can configure the same.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To automatically assign specific labels to any tasks created via this form, you can select the labels here.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>You can also control the captcha from the &#8220;Add form to captcha&#8221; option to enable\/disable it for the users.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4978 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Configure-forms-step-5.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"716\" height=\"374\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div id=\"Share forms\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Share forms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>How to share forms with end-users?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Once a form is created, click on the \u201cCopy link\u201d option to share this link with your end customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In case you want to embed the form somewhere, select the \u201cCopy embed code\u201d option\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4979 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Share-copy-link-and-embed-code.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"708\" height=\"380\" \/><\/p>\n<div id=\"Manage forms\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Manage forms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>How to Manage forms?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to any project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the 3 dots\/context menu available next to the task list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the \u201cForm\u201d option from the context menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From here you can choose to edit the form, copy the link or preview the form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you click on the \u201c Edit\u201d form option, you can enable or disable the form requests, and edit information like form title or description, fields, or other form settings.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4980 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Manage-forms.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"708\" height=\"380\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to enable\/disable the forms?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enable or disable the form requests you can simply click on the \u201cEnable\/Disable request\u201d option either from the manage form section or from the tasklist\u2018s context menu \u201cEdit form\u201d option.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you disable the request for the forms, the form will no longer accept any further requests.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4981 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Enable-or-disable-forms.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"712\" height=\"378\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>What happens when the form is submitted?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When someone fills out your form, it will show up as a new task in the task list it is connected to. Also, all the values will be filled in their respective fields.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to regenerate the link for the form?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-color-black\">If the wrong person accidentally received a link to your form, you can now <strong>regenerate a new link\u00a0<\/strong>in order to ensure that the relevant people will have access to your form. Any person who has a previous link that has since been regenerated will not be able to access that form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Firstly, open up the Form for which the link needs to be re-generated, click on the context many, and further click on the regenerate link.
