  3. Select Group<\/strong> from the drop-down list.

    • Enter a Group name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Add people to the group.

    • Click Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Add people<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      1. Select People<\/strong> from the navigation bar.<\/li>\n
      2. Click on the Add<\/strong> button at the top-left of the page.<\/li>\n
      3. Select Person<\/strong> from the drop-down list.

      4. Add the following details in the next window:\n
          \n
        • Enter the First name<\/strong> and Last name<\/strong> of the person.<\/li>\n
        • Enter a valid Email<\/strong> address.<\/li>\n
        • Define an Access role<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n
        • Add the person to a Group<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Assign the person to a Project<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n
        • Set a Password<\/strong> or let the user set it by himself when he logs in for the first time.<\/li>\n
        • Choose a Language<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Select a Timezone<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Enter the\u00a0Title<\/strong> of the user.<\/li>\n
        • Upload a Profile picture<\/strong> or let the user pick one by himself.<\/li>\n
        • Add a Custom welcome message\u00a0<\/strong>(It allows you to customize the welcome email sent after adding a person)

        • Click Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Note:<\/strong>\u00a0If you want to add multiple users at once, then check off the option Add another person<\/strong> in the add person window.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Import CSV<\/b><\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. Select People<\/strong> from the navigation bar.<\/li>\n
          2. Click on the Add<\/strong> button at the top-left of the page.<\/li>\n
          3. Select Import CSV<\/strong> from the drop-down list.
            \n\"\"<\/li>\n
          4. A window will pop up from where you can browse the .csv file within your system.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. Click\u00a0Import<\/strong>\u00a0and all the users will be imported to ProofHub.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
