There are two default workflows available:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Basic workflow<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Basic workflow consists of two standard stages to work completion i.e. <strong>To do<\/strong> and <strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Kanban workflow<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Kanban workflow is another way to keep track of all your tasks. It has three default stages: <strong>Backlog<\/strong>, <strong>In-progress<\/strong> and <strong>Complete<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, you can always create a custom workflow to improve your work process effortlessly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Create custom workflows<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to\u00a0<\/span><strong>Manage<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0on the top-right of the page and select\u00a0<\/span><strong>Workflows<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from the drop-down list.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1672\" src=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/manage_workflows.png\" alt=\"manage workflows\" width=\"511\" height=\"284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/manage_workflows.png 511w, https:\/\/help.proofhub.com\/plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/manage_workflows-300x167.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 511px) 100vw, 511px\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the next window, you can view\/manage all your existing workflows.
