With this option, you can add new labels, edit and delete existing labels. In ProofHub, you can have labels that are specific only to a project and labels that are global for all the projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Following are the steps to access the manage labels option:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click on the <\/span>Manage<\/strong> dropdown.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Task labels<\/strong> option
    \n\"1\"
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Manage task labels<\/strong> window will open.
    \n\"2\"
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Add a\u00a0new label:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Following are the steps to add new labels:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Click on the <\/span>+Add<\/strong> button.
      \n\"Project
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Add task label<\/strong> window will open from the right side.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Enter the title of the label and choose its color.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. You can select if you want to keep the label private to just a few projects or you want to use it globally.<\/li>\n
    5. Click on <\/span>Add<\/strong> to save the label.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Additionally, you can also add labels while adding tasks.<\/p>\n

      Edit a label:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Following are the steps to edit a label:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Click on the context menu icon of the label to be edited.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Select the <\/span>Edit<\/strong> option from the context menu.

      3. Edit task label<\/strong> window will open from the right side.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Click on <\/span>Update<\/strong> to save the changes.

        Delete a label:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Following are the steps to delete a label:<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Click on the context menu icon of the label to be deleted.

        2. Select the <\/span>Delete<\/strong> option from the context menu.

          A confirm pop-up will appear in which you can click on <\/span>Yes<\/strong> to confirm the label\u2019s deletion.
