With ProofHub, you can select your account’s personal preferences for email and desktop notifications, language and timezone settings, and more from the My preferences section of your account.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Go to the top right corner of the screen and click on your profile pic or initial.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select the ‘<\/span>My preferences<\/strong>‘<\/b> option.<\/span>\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The following sections are available in My preferences.<\/p>\n

    By default, the ‘my preferences’ tab is selected where you can set the following<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Activity notifications:<\/strong> enable or disable desktop sound and notification preferences for account activities.<\/li>\n
    2. Chat notifications:<\/strong> enable or disable chat sound and notification preferences for chat messages.<\/li>\n
    3. Other options:<\/strong> By default, the navigation bar is on the left side of the screen, however, you can change its position to the top of the screen.\n

      Language and timezone<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Click on Language and preferences to set the following preferences.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Timezone:<\/strong> Select the preferred timezone for your account.<\/li>\n
      2. Language:<\/strong> ProofHub interface is currently available in 11 languages: Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, and Turkish. Select the preferred language for your account.<\/li>\n
      3. Date format:<\/strong> Select out of the 2 available formats to display dates for your account: mm\/dd\/yyyy and dd\/mm\/yyyy.<\/li>\n
      4. Time format:<\/strong> Select out of the 2 available formats to display time for your account: 24-hour and 12-hour.\n

        Email preferences\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        1. Project progress:<\/strong>\u00a0With this option, you can set a preference to receive a project progress report for projects where you are added as a project manager. Go to Email preferences and click on the project progress dropdown.<\/span>\n

          • Never send me a project progress report.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Send me project progress report daily.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Send me project progress report weekly.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Send me project progress report monthly.<\/span>\"Email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • My activities:<\/strong> enable or disable the following options.\n
              \n
            • Email me a copy of my activities:<\/strong> an email with a copy of your activities will be sent to you.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Email me daily agenda at 7.00 am:<\/strong> an email will be sent to you at 7.00 a.m. every morning with a list of all the tasks to be done today. In addition to this, this email will also include any overdue or upcoming tasks assigned to you.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Email me product related updates:<\/strong> enable this option to receive product-related updates.\"My<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Account activities:<\/strong> This option gives you complete control over your account email notifications. Enable or disable the section for which you want to or do not want to receive email notifications. Select out of the following option.\n

              • Send me email digest after every one hour.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Send me email digest after every four hours.<\/span><\/li>\n

                \u00a0Dark mode<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                With ProofHub, <\/span>users can invert the overall color scheme of their account to light, dark, and the default system preference.<\/p>\n

                If you sync ProofHub with your system settings you will not have to choose the mode manually and it will automatically change as per the changes in your system settings.<\/p>\n
