Comments are another intuitive way to collaborate on notes. In\u00a0ProofHub, participants get the option to post comments on specific parts of a note to discuss the changes that they would like to make.<\/p>\n

Add comments<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Open a note.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Type your comment in the text field\u00a0that says Write a\u00a0comment<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click <\/span>Add<\/strong> or press e<\/span>nter.

    Resolve a comment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Resolve a comment when you are done with the changes. Click on the Resolve<\/strong> icon at the bottom of the comment and it will be marked as resolved.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Reopen a comment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    For any reason, if you feel that the resolved comment is not yet complete, then you can always reopen that comment by clicking on the Reopen<\/strong> icon at the bottom of the comment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Edit a comment<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Click on the three dots icon at the right of the comment.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Select\u00a0Edit<\/strong> from the context menu.\u00a0
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. In the next window, you can make the necessary changes in the comment.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Click <\/span>Update<\/strong> to save the changes.

      Delete a comment<\/strong>
      \n<\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Click on the three dots icon at the right of the comment.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Select\u00a0Delete\u00a0<\/strong>from the context menu.<\/li>\n
      3. A confirmation window will pop up. Click <\/span>Yes<\/strong> to delete the comment.<\/span>

        • In comments, you can add emojis, attachments and even mention people using the @ functionality.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • When a comment is added on a note, you will see the\u00a0count of comments on the top-left of the comment panel.<\/span><\/li>\n
