You can set your preferences for email notifications, language, timezone and mobile notifications.<\/p>\n

Setting your preferences for activity notifications<\/b><\/p>\n

Following are the steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to top right side and tap on your profile pic or initial.<\/li>\n
  2. Select\u00a0My preferences<\/b>\u00a0option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In the My preferences<\/b> tab you can set the following:<\/p>\n

    1. Preference for email notifications<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To set your preference for emails, tap on Email preferences <\/b>where\u00a0you will get following options:<\/p>\n

          With this option, you\u2019ll be able to set a\u00a0preference for receiving progress reports for those projects which you manage. To set your preference for it click on the dropdown under\u00a0Project progress, <\/b>where, you\u2019ll get the following options:<\/p>\n

                • Send me project progress report daily<\/li>\n

                        \nWith this option, you can ensure that you\u2019ll receive email notifications for any activity that you do.<\/li>\n

                        \nWith this option, you can ensure you receive daily agenda email at 7:00 am of your time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          To set up the email preferences related to all the activities happening on the ProofHub account user can select.<\/p>\n

                            • Never send me email notifications<\/li>\n
                            • Send me email digest after every one hour<\/li>\n
                            • Send me email digest after every four hours<\/li>\n
                            • Immediately send me email notifications<\/li>\n

                              Control on email notifications<\/b><\/p>\n

                              ProofHub gives you complete control on email notifications. You don\u2019t need to scratch head if your inbox is getting bombarded with the email that you don\u2019t want to receive. From the set of different type of activities, you can select the activities for which you want to receive notifications.<\/p>\n

                              You can set notification rules under \u201cEmail preferences\u201d if you select the option to receive the emails immediately.<\/p>\n
