Comments are another intuitive way to collaborate on notes. In\u00a0ProofHub, participants get the option to post comments on specific parts of a note to discuss the changes that they would like to make.<\/p>\n

Add comments<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Open a note.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap\u00a0<\/strong>on comment at right bottom.<\/li>\n
  3. Type your comment in the text field\u00a0that says\u00a0Write a\u00a0comment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap on green arrow to add the comment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Resolve a comment<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Resolve a comment when you are done with the changes. Click on the\u00a0Resolve<\/strong> icon at the bottom of the comment and it will be marked as resolved.<\/p>\n

    Reopen a comment<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    For any reason, if you feel that the resolved comment is not yet complete, then you can always reopen that comment by clicking on the\u00a0Reopen<\/strong>\u00a0icon at the bottom of the comment.<\/p>\n

    Edit\/Delete a comment<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    1. Long press the comment.<\/li>\n
    2. Select\u00a0Edit<\/strong>\u00a0from the context menu.<\/li>\n
    3. In the next window, you can make the necessary changes in the comment to edit.<\/li>\n
    4. Tap Edit comment<\/strong>\u00a0to save the changes.<\/li>\n
    5. Select Delete <\/strong>to delete the comment and confirm if you want to delete it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • In comments, you can add emojis, attachments and even mention people using the @ functionality.<\/li>\n
      • When a comment is added on a note, you will see the count of comments on the bottom-right of the note panel.<\/li>\n
