Announcements allow you to inform, convey important information to the entire team in one place. It can be an announcement to appreciate a job well done or even give birthday greetings.<\/p>\n

\"Dashboard\"<\/p>\n

Add announcement<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Go to Me View<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap on (+) Add<\/strong> in Announcements.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"Add<\/p>\n

    3. Add the following details in the new window<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Enter Title <\/strong>and the\u00a0Description<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Use the Browse<\/strong> option to share files\/attachments in the announcement.<\/li>\n
    • Assign subscribers<\/strong> to the announcement using subscribers option.<\/li>\n
    • If you want to hide people added on the announcement, you can tap on Keep subscribers hidden<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
    • You can pin the announcement to keep it on top, by selecting Pin to top<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • At last, set the desired duration for which you want that the announcement should last. You can select 24 hours<\/strong>, 48 hours<\/strong>, 1 week<\/strong>, or forever<\/strong> as per the requirement.<\/li>\n
    • If you do not want subscribers to add comments on the announcement, you can uncheck the option Allow comments.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Tap on Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Quick add announcement<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

      To quickly add, an announcement, Swipe the Me View up and select Announcements.<\/p>\n

      \"Quick<\/p>\n

      Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Once an announcement is added its notification<\/strong> will be sent to the subscribers.<\/li>\n
      • All announcement notifications are set to 24 hours<\/strong> by default. The announcement will automatically expire after the set duration is over. You can change the duration according to the need.<\/li>\n
      • Only those person can view the announcement, who are subscribed to<\/b>\u00a0it.<\/li>\n
      • Once the announcement is seen by a subscriber, you will see a right tick<\/strong> above the name of the subscriber.<\/li>\n
      • You can view the created announcements under Me view<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        1. Tap on the announcement<\/strong> to open it.
        \n2. In case you want to add more people to the announcement, you can tap on the (+)<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

        Add comments to announcements<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

        1. Tap on Comments<\/strong> option to add comments on the announcement.<\/p>\n

        2. You can tap on the attachment icon<\/strong> to add attachments to the comment.<\/p>\n

        3. Once the comments are added, subscribers will get notified about it.<\/p>\n

        Edit announcement<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

        1. Tap on the announcement<\/strong> to open it.
        \n2. Tap on the three dotted icon<\/strong> present on the top right corner and select Edit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        3. Once you tap on Edit the Edit announcement window will open in which you can make all necessary changes.
        \n4. Tap on Update<\/strong> to save the changes made.<\/p>\n

        Delete announcement<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

        1. Tap on the announcement to open it.
        \n2. Tap on the Delete<\/strong> to delete the announcement.<\/p>\n

        3. Once you tap on Delete<\/strong>, you will get a pop-up to confirm the deletion of the announcement.
        \n4. Tap on Yes<\/strong> in the confirmation window and the announcement will get deleted.<\/p>\n
