Add tasklist<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. Tap on the project and select Tasks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap on the “+” <\/strong>and select Tasklist<\/strong> from the dropdown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • Enter a title<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Associate a workflow<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Mark the list private, if you want it to be visible only to the subscribers.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Check off the option Display in Gantt to see all the tasks of this list in the Gantt.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Associate a milestone with the list.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • To track time on the task, Enable time tracking.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Add subscribers<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Tap on Add<\/strong> and the tasklist will be added.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        1. Once you are in a project select the tasklist in which you want to add the tasks.<\/li>\n
        2. Tap on the “+” icon and select Task<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            • Enter the Title and Description of the task.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Add Assignees to the task.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Select the Start date and Due date.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Once you have a Due date selected, the option of Repeat\u00a0<\/strong>will appear. From there you can set the recurrence.<\/li>\n
            • Select Labels.<\/li>\n
            • Enter the Estimated time.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Attach Files.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Tap on the Add<\/strong> button and the task will be added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              1. Tap on the task under which you want to add a subtask.<\/li>\n
              2. Next,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                • Add Assignees to the task.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Select the Start date and Due date.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Select Labels.<\/li>\n

                • Attach Files.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Tap on the Add<\/strong> subtask<\/strong> button and the subtask will be added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
