Categories can be used to group multiple projects under one heading. This makes it easy for users to search for projects and generate multiple reports by filtering projects on the basis of their category.<\/span><\/p>\n

Add categories<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

  1. Tap on the 3 dots<\/strong> on the top-right corner of your screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select Manage<\/strong> from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select Project categories<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Tap on the “+” sign<\/strong>\u00a0to create a new category.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. In the next window type in a new category name and tap on Add<\/strong> to save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Edit project categories<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

          1. Tap on the 3 dots<\/strong> on the top-right corner of your screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Select Manage<\/strong> from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Select Project categories.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Long-press an existing category and select Edit <\/strong>from the list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Update the category<\/span> name in the next window.<\/li>\n
            2. Tap Update<\/strong> to save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Delete project categories<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

              1. Tap on the 3 dots<\/strong> on the top-right corner of your screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Select Manage<\/strong> from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Select Project categories<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
              4. Long-press an existing category and select Delete <\/strong>from the list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. A confirmation pop up will appear.<\/li>\n
                2. Tap yes<\/strong> to delete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Assign categories to projects<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

                  Once the project categories are created, you can assign them to projects in two ways:<\/span><\/p>\n

                  1. You can simply assign the category during the creation of the new project.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    1. Or else, long-press on an existing project and select Edit to change its category.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
