Use Project statuses to define the current state of your Projects. With ProofHub mobile, you can create custom statuses and assign them to your projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Add project status<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

  1. Tap on the 3 dots<\/strong> on the top-right corner of your screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select Manage<\/strong> from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select Project statuses<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Tap on the “+” sign<\/strong>\u00a0to create a new status.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. In the next window type in a new status name and tap on Add<\/strong> to save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Edit project status<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

          1. Tap on the 3 dots<\/strong> on the top-right corner of your screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Select Manage<\/strong> from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Select Project statuses<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Long-press an existing status and select Edit <\/strong>from the list.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Update the status name in the next window.<\/li>\n
            2. Tap Update<\/strong> to save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Delete project status<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

              1. Tap on the 3 dots<\/strong> on the top-right corner of your screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Select Manage<\/strong> from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Select Project statuses<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
              4. Long-press an existing status and select Delete <\/strong>from the list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. A confirmation pop up will appear.<\/li>\n
                2. Tap yes<\/strong> to delete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Create a copy of project status<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

                  1. Tap on the 3 dots<\/strong> on the top-right corner of your screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. Select Manage<\/strong> from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. Select Project statuses<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  4. Long-press an existing status and select Create a copy <\/strong>from the list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    1. In the next window make the required changes and tap Ok<\/strong> to save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Assign status to a project<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

                      Once the project statuses are created, you can assign them to projects in two ways:<\/span><\/p>\n

                      1. You can simply assign the status during the creation of the new project.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
