Upload a new version of the file.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  2. Select the <\/span>Upload new version <\/b>option.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • Upload the new version of the file using the Browse<\/strong> option.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Select<\/strong> people to be notified.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Tap on the Upload new version<\/strong> option to save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Long press a file.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Select <\/span>Version history<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. A window will open where you can view all the available versions of the file.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Note: The current version of the file will appear with a Current label.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Convert the previous version of a file to current.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

            1. Long press a file.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Select <\/span>Version history.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. A window will open where you can view all the available versions of the file.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Tap on the <\/span>Make current<\/b> option to convert a previous version into the current version.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Note: When you convert a previous version to the current version, the previous current version of the file gets deleted and it cannot be restored.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Delete the previous version.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

                2. Select <\/span>Version history<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
